Can I share the schedule without everyone having an account?
Yes. Click Copy Link to copy a URL with your full workspace state encoded in the hash fragment. Anyone opening the link sees the same members, papers, settings, and generated schedule. If the link is too long for the browser, the tool saves locally and shows a notice.
What export formats are supported?
You can copy a plain table, Markdown table, or Slack/Teams bullet list to the clipboard, or download CSV and iCal (.ics) files. iCal events include the paper title as the summary and the presenter in the description with exact start and end times.
Where is my data stored?
Inputs and results stay in your browser. The shareable link encodes state in the URL hash; the History tab keeps your last ten shuffles in localStorage. Nothing is uploaded to Pepkio servers.
